A Crooked Barn Charcuterie is a Chef inspired, artisanal sausage and charcuterie company. We source our products from small, local farms that raise their animals with intention and care. These farms are within a 25 mile radius of the processing facility. Each and every sausage and hotdog is 100% handmade in small batches in Rupert, VT. Styles range from traditional classics to recipes that have been developed incorporating flavors not always associated with sausages.

Put succinctly A Crooked Barn Charcuterie strives to:

“Create sustainable, locally sourced charcuterie with a focus on quality and traditional techniques while exploring individuality and creativity to redefine those traditions and build new ones.”

In July of 2014 we purchased a food truck and converted it into a mobile espresso bar using the equipment from our previous brick and mortar coffee shop. While our original plan included street vending, we found that events and catering were a better market for us and we have been rolling around New England ever since!
