The Hale Mountain Band
The Hale Mountain Band is a lively and popular bluegrass band in Bennington county and surrounding areas. Their name comes from a small mountain located in Shaftsbury, Vermont, where the band originated. Their rich harmony vocals encompass toe tapping bluegrass, heartfelt gospel, as well as a touch of country tinged soft rock.
Lorie DeHimer
Lorie DeHimer, named lorie@River Hudson, is a solo acoustic singer songwriter and she plays original Indie rock, with influences of country, blues, rock, pop, and jazz.
LUMINOUS CRUSH
Laura Molinelli and Ben Campbell present original bluegrass outlaw country post-punk psychedelic fusion indie dream pop searing rock metal and whatnot. Founded in 2015, with deep roots in alternative rock and indie pop as well as traditional bluegrass and alt-country, they deliver a unique and highly original sound. They are joined by the supporting talents of Christian Heins (bass) and Bill Conley (dobro/pedal steel.)

Ameranouche Duo, World Improv is Richard (Shepp) Sheppard Guitar Vocal and Michael K. Harrist upright bass, Vocal. The music we play is a synthesis from many sources around the world that we are blessed to be a part of. One hears Gypsy, Swing, Flamenco, Americana, Eastern and Western European and Middle Eastern sounds throughout an Ameranouche concert. We are delighted to be a part of this beautiful festival in honor of the Battenkill river and all who have come to love it.
Jake Geppert Host of the Battenkill Jam
Jake is a local music legend with roots in Bluegrass, Folk Rock and all things Greatfull Dead. His original music and multi-instrumental talents are widely known to area musicians. Join him at the Arlington Recreation Park Pavillion in the tradition of impromptu collaboration that reaches far back in Arlington history when Norman Rockwell would attend dances at the West Arlington Grange.
